Pumpkin Bar Recipe

I make these bars every fall. I usually use canned cream cheese frosting or dust with powdered sugar. 
(The house smells soooo good when these are baking!)

Recipe:
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 T cinnamon
 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Blend all and bake in jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with frosting or powdered sugar.
