Make your photo images look like a model!

I love those tv commercials with the effect that makes the normal images look like a model.  Wondered how they did it.  Guess it's called tilt-shift photography, and you can do this with your still photos.  I think the key is finding a photo with depth.  This example could be better, but I had fun creating it and it is easy with Photoshop.
